Policies

Booking Policy

We recommend booking your North Island private guided EV tour at least 30 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

All prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.

  1. A 50% deposit of the Tour price is payable at the time of booking to secure the Tour. Please be advised a Tour is not confirmed until a deposit is made and a signed Waiver of Indemnity form is received by Little Green Tours. The Waiver of Indemnity will be forwarded when a Tour is requested.
  2. The balance of the Tour price is payable no less than 30 days before the date of Tour departure. If the Tour is booked within 30 days of departure, then payment in full is required at the time of booking the Tour with Little Green Tours.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing via email to Little Green Tours.

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following Terms and conditions apply:

  • A 10% administration Fee will apply to all bookings
  • If a tour is cancelled more than 30 days before departure the deposit less administration fee will be refunded.
  • If a tour is cancelled within 30 days of the date of departure, no refund will be made.
  • Any cancellations made on compassionate grounds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Little Green Tours. We reserve the right to withhold any refund for whatever reason.
  • Little Green Tours reserves the right to refuse to carry any guests for reasons of Health and Safety (including Covid 19 illness) We will require a negative Rapid Antigen Test prior to tour commencement. Masks, hand sanitiser will be provided.
  • Little Green Tours reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as earthquake, extreme weather conditions and road closures) beyond our control.
  • Little Green Tours is not liable, and bears no responsibility, for any costs incurred for onward travel alterations, delays or any activities that have been booked to start after our tour.

Covid 19 Policy

Little Green Tours will refund in full for cancellations caused by Covid 19 in the following situations:

  1. International Guests (Not in New Zealand – still overseas)
    If you are unable to travel to New Zealand due to Covid-19 restrictions set by NZ or international Governments – we will provide a full refund, or we could hold your booking for another date.
    We may request proof of restricted ability to travel if your cancelation request is related to enforced isolation due Covid-19 or for Covid-19 testing.

  1. International Guests (In New Zealand)
    If you are unable to travel to Rotorua from another location within New Zealand due to Covid-19 restrictions set by the NZ Government (ie the location you are traveling from is in lockdown or Rotorua is in lockdown) – we will provide a full refund, or we could hold your booking for another date.
    We may request a medical certificate if your cancellation request is related to enforced isolation due to Covid-19 or for Covid-19 testing.
