Day 2:
Top Of The Bruce Road on Mount Ruapehu
Skywaka Gondola Mt Ruapehu Admire the snow covered rocky outcrops below of the volcanic plateau and majesty of the Central North Island volcanoes; Ruapehu, Ngaruahoe (Mount Doom) and Tongariro, and views of National Park Village and other smaller alpine villages, popular with skiers in Winter.
Central Plateau Desert Road to Orakei Korako Geothermal Park. The park boasts the most active geysers of any geothermal park in New Zealand. Up to 23 active natural geysers throughout the native bush-walk area across the lake
